Error BR-03 EN 16931

An Invoice shall have an Invoice issue date (BT-2).

Mandatory rule: As long as it is violated, the invoice is invalid and will be rejected by validators.
What is wrong

The content of rsm:ExchangedDocument/ram:IssueDateTime/udt:DateTimeString with format="102" is missing or empty.

What the rule means

The invoice issue date states when the invoice was issued. It is an essential part of the invoice information.
