Each Item attribute (BG-32) shall contain an Item attribute name (BT-160) or an Item attribute code (BT-X-11), or both.

Mandatory rule: As long as it is violated, the invoice is invalid and will be rejected by validators.
What is wrong

The ApplicableProductCharacteristic contains neither Description nor TypeCode. Both the item attribute name and code are missing.

What the rule means

An item attribute must be identifiable by a name, a code, or both.

An item attribute is missing both its name and its code. Either detail is enough to identify the attribute.

What to do
  1. Add a description in Description or a code in TypeCode for the item attribute.
  2. Check ApplicableProductCharacteristic.Description.
  3. Generate the invoice again and validate it again.
