VAT category Z identifies a zero-rated charge; its specified VAT rate must therefore be exactly zero.
The VAT rate for the document-level charge with VAT category Z is not zero. Set the rate for this charge to zero.

AddTradeCharge(...). - Generate the invoice again and validate it.
