Use an allowed organization identification code

Error FX-SCH-A-000685 Factur-X

Value of '@schemeID' is not allowed.

Mandatory rule: As long as it is violated, the invoice is invalid and will be rejected by validators.
What is wrong

The value of @schemeID is not included in code list 12 used for this check. An empty value also passes this specific check.

What the rule means

schemeID specifies the identification scheme for the organization identifier. A code that is not allowed does not identify the scheme according to the code list used.

Please use an allowed identification code for the tax representative’s organization

The schemeID attribute of the buyer’s tax representative’s organization identifier contains a value not allowed by the code list used. You can correct it using that code list.

What to do
  1. Locate ram:ID in the buyer’s tax representative’s ram:SpecifiedLegalOrganization.
  2. Check the value of its schemeID attribute against the code list used for this rule.
  3. Generate the invoice again and validate it.
Technical details

The check passes if the resolved value is empty or appears as enumeration/@value in codedb/cl[@id=12].

Where the rule applies

The rule applies to the schemeID attribute of ram:ID in ram:SpecifiedLegalOrganization for the buyer’s tax representative.
