What is wrong

A non-empty schemeID value on ram:GlobalID is not included in the code list for global identifiers. An empty value satisfies this test.

What the rule means

The value of schemeID identifies the scheme of the global identifier. Any value provided must belong to the codes defined for global identifiers.

Please use an allowed scheme value for the tax representative’s global identifier

The schemeID value provided for the tax representative’s global identifier is not listed as an allowed code. Use a value included in the code list or leave the value empty.

What to do
  1. Locate the tax representative’s ram:GlobalID and check the value of schemeID.
  2. For a non-empty value, use a code from the global identifier code list or clear the value.
  3. Regenerate the invoice and validate it again.
Technical details

The test accepts an empty schemeID value or a value listed in code list ID 11.
