What is wrong

The non-empty value of schemeID on GlobalID is not included in the designated value list.

What the rule means

The value list defines which non-empty values are allowed for schemeID. A value not listed there cannot be recognized as a valid scheme designation by this check.

What to do
  1. Find GlobalID in the seller’s details.
  2. Compare the value of schemeID with its designated value list.
  3. Replace any value not listed with an allowed value.
  4. Generate the invoice again and validate it.
Technical details

The test accepts an empty schemeID value or a value included in the enumeration of the code list identified by 11.
