What is wrong

The value of the schemeID attribute on ram:GlobalID is not empty and does not match a value allowed by the code list for this identifier. An empty value is also permitted by the test condition.

What the rule means

The scheme of a global identifier is designated by a value from its associated code list; the test condition also allows an empty value. Other non-empty values are not allowed.

The value of schemeID on ram:GlobalID is non-empty and is not allowed for this identifier. An empty value is also permitted.

What to do
  1. Find the schemeID attribute on the ultimate delivery recipient’s ram:GlobalID.
  2. Use a value allowed for this attribute, or leave the value empty.
  3. Generate the invoice again and validate it once more.

An empty schemeID value is also allowed; a non-empty value must appear in the code list for this identifier.

Technical details

The test accepts a value with zero string length or a value listed in enumeration 11 in FACTUR-X_EXTENDED_codedb.xml.
