What is wrong

The value of the schemeID attribute on ram:GlobalID is neither empty nor included in the designated code list 11.

What the rule means

The schemeID attribute must be empty or contain a value from code list 11 designated for this global identifier.

Please use an allowed value for the global identifier’s schemeID

The schemeID value on the payee party’s global identifier is not in the designated code list. This rule also permits an empty value.

What to do
  1. Find the payee party’s ram:GlobalID.
  2. Check that the schemeID value is empty or included in code list 11.
  3. Generate the invoice again and validate it.
Technical details

The XPath test accepts an empty value or requires the value of @schemeID to occur in codedb/cl[@id=11]/enumeration.

The rule applies to the schemeID attribute of the payee party’s global identifier in the settlement.
