Allowed schemeID for the seller identifier

Error FX-SCH-A-001051 Factur-X

Value of '@schemeID' is not allowed.

Mandatory rule: As long as it is violated, the invoice is invalid and will be rejected by validators.
What is wrong

The value of the schemeID attribute on ram:ID is not empty and is not a value allowed by the code list.

What the rule means

The schemeID associates the seller legal organization's identifier with an identification scheme. A value that is not allowed may prevent the organization identifier from being interpreted unambiguously.

Please use an allowed schemeID for the seller identifier

The seller legal organization's identifier has a schemeID value that is not allowed. You can adjust the value to one from the specified code list or leave it empty.

What to do
  1. Locate ram:ID in the seller's ram:SpecifiedLegalOrganization for the item.
  2. Check the schemeID value against the code list allowed for this identifier.
  3. Leave schemeID empty if you do not want to provide a value.
  4. Generate the invoice again and validate it.
Technical details

The test passes if the checked code value is empty or appears in the code list with identifier 12.

Where the rule applies

The rule applies to ram:ID of the seller's legal organization for an item in an invoice line.
