Value of 'ram:CountryID' is not allowed.

Mandatory rule: As long as it is violated, the invoice is invalid and will be rejected by validators.
What is wrong

The value of ram:CountryID is neither empty nor included in the code list with ID 10. The specified country value is therefore not accepted.

What the rule means

ram:CountryID specifies the country of the delivery address. The check compares its value with the allowed entries in code list 10.

Please use an allowed country value for the delivery address

The ram:CountryID value for the delivery recipient is not included in the checked code list. Use a country value listed there.

What to do
  1. Locate ram:CountryID under ram:PostalTradeAddress of ram:ShipToTradeParty.
  2. Compare its value with the entries in code list 10.
  3. Generate the invoice again and validate it once more.
Technical details

The XPath test accepts an empty value or a value listed as an enumeration in FACTUR-X_EXTENDED_codedb.xml under cl[@id=10].

Where the rule applies

The rule applies to the value of ram:CountryID in the delivery recipient’s postal address under ShipToTradeParty for an invoice line.
