Unallowed country value for the manufacturer

Error FX-SCH-A-001164 Factur-X

Value of 'ram:CountryID' is not allowed.

Mandatory rule: As long as it is violated, the invoice is invalid and will be rejected by validators.
What is wrong

The value in ram:CountryID is not empty and does not match an entry permitted by the code list for country values.

What the rule means

The country value identifies the country in the product manufacturer's postal address. An unallowed value cannot be reliably identified as a valid country value.

Please use an allowed country value for the manufacturer

The country value in the product manufacturer's postal address is not recognized. You can correct the invoice by entering an allowed value there.

What to do
  1. Locate the postal address under ram:ManufacturerTradeParty.
  2. Check the value in ram:CountryID.
  3. Enter a country value allowed by the code list.
  4. Generate the invoice again and validate it again.
Technical details

The test allows an empty value. Otherwise, the value of ram:CountryID must match an entry in the external code list with identifier 10.

Where the rule applies

The rule applies to ram:CountryID in the postal address of the manufacturer of a product on an invoice line.
