What is wrong

The value of ram:CountryID is neither empty nor included in the designated code list 10.

What the rule means

The value of ram:CountryID must be empty or included in code list 10 designated for country identifiers.

Please use an allowed value for the address country identifier

The value of ram:CountryID in the payee party’s address is not in the designated code list. This rule also permits an empty value.

What to do
  1. Find ram:CountryID in the payee party’s postal address.
  2. Check that its value is empty or included in code list 10.
  3. Generate the invoice again and validate it.
Technical details

The XPath test accepts an empty value or requires the value of ram:CountryID to occur in codedb/cl[@id=10]/enumeration.
