What is wrong

The value of schemeID on ram:ID is neither empty nor included in the designated code list 12.

What the rule means

The schemeID attribute must be empty or contain a value from code list 12 designated for this identifier.

Please use an allowed value for the legal organisation’s schemeID

The schemeID value on the payee party’s legal organisation identifier is not in the designated code list. This rule also permits an empty value.

What to do
  1. Find ram:ID within the payee party’s ram:SpecifiedLegalOrganization.
  2. Check that the schemeID value is empty or included in code list 12.
  3. Generate the invoice again and validate it.
Technical details

The XPath test accepts an empty value or requires @schemeID to occur in codedb/cl[@id=12]/enumeration.
